We’ve all heard by now that manifestation is the way to get what you want. So, simple right. Well, what is manifestation, and how is it done? Then, what about when you don’t get something you want, because it wasn’t meant to be? How does that affect manifestation?
Not so simple, hmm.
What I have learned and try to be mindful of is to focus on your thoughts and release as many of the ones you don’t want as possible. When I first started to focus on thinking positive and flipping my negative thoughts to positive ones, I was unpleasantly surprised by how many negative thoughts I actually had, lol. But, with practice and time I have focused on changing my negative thoughts to positive and eventually noticed that I had less negative and more positive thoughts. Once that happened, I became aware of my life, situations and outlook being more positive and free.
My way of manifesting is to: focus on a goal and visualize the outcome I want and work toward it. Action is required to reach any goal, as well as an understanding that “thoughts become things” . Best of luck with all your manifesting efforts 🙂
