PWC is the acronym for Perfect, Whole and Complete, which means who and what you are now is Perfect, Whole and Complete, however that is. No if’s; and’s or but’s, no shit, no kidding, you are Perfect, Whole and Complete. It’s a great realization and place to start from, right. So, I know what you are thinking “If I’m perfect; whole and complete, why would I need to work on myself?” Well, we all have something that we could work on or address with support and guidance, but where we are in the present is PWC no matter what. Hopefully you are feeling a bit of relief from this assertion, I know I did when I first learned to feel PWC where I was when I started my journey.
PWC, this is the place we start in Coaching, for me it was empowering to acknowledge that I was whole, complete and yes perfect just the way I was. It made me feel positive and hopeful that I was already “good” even though I questioned things about myself and was ignorant to the things I didn’t know about myself.
Understanding that you are Perfect, Whole and Complete provides you with the foundation to do the work and feel supported and able to be in action towards being better and reaching the goals you say you want to obtain.
“Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you’ll start having positive results.”
